For this card I wanted it to look like a natural setting. So, for the card, I used a gray so that everything would show up better.
With black memento ink and a stamp from the StampinUp! collection of Farmhouse Christmas, I stamped on the house in the background.
Using the die from the matching Farmhouse Christmas set, I cut out the tree using brown paper. I then did it again for the top of the tree in burnt orange cardstock.
The yellow chair was cut out from using the die from the Seasonal Layers set.
Leaves were cut out from Tim Holtz Mini Holiday Greens set. I would have liked them to be smaller, but they will due.
A pail of leaves was cut using the brown paper and the die that was a pot of flowers for a door decoration. I’m not sure but I believe that it’s from the StampinUp! At Home With You collection. Then I cut the top off it so it looked like a pail of leaves.
Inside the card, I decided to decorate it with fall leaves from the Seasonal Layers collection. The same brown, burnt orange and yellow cardstock were used.
The best is yet to come was stamped inside in the black Memento ink.
For the matching envelope, it was done in the gray cardstock with an insert of the burnt orange cardstock. Brown and yellow leaves decorated the insert.
