Balloon Happy Birthday Card

This balloon birthday card can be used for a male or female child or adult.

The bright blue cardstock is the base of the card.

Red and white star washi tape lines the top and bottom of the card.

The yellow patterned boot is from a die from Sizzix Rain Boot Planter set.

The balloons were cut using the Cricut Explore Air 2.

I used a silver sharpie to draw the strings for the balloons.

For the happy birthday salutation, I used StampinUp! Dapper Demin ink and stamped it on a naked scalloped tag insert.

Then I put a balloon on it with a blue gem then used the same blue gems and added a red gem.

Birthday message on the inside of the card.
Inside of Card

Inside the card, I used a label punch. The message is from a holiday StampinUp! stamp. I thought it could be used for a birthday card too.

Red gems were put on the label.

To give it even more decoration in the inside of the card, I put red and white stared washi tape on the top and the bottom. I put balloons below the top strip of tape using glittered silver and patterned blue cardstock. These were from the DCWV mat stacks.
