Valentine's Day Card with a pretty heart vine growing hearts instead of flowers.

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner as I write this blog. Even if you don’t have that special someone to make a card for, it’s still fun to design a card.

And if you do, I hope this will inspire you to make your own Valentine’s Day card.

Or make one for yourself.

This card was pretty easy to make. I like easy if you can’t tell from my previous blogs.

So, with this card, I picked polka dot pink and white cardstock. And then I had a stamp from Penny Black. It’s called the Love & Hugs collection. It’s cool how it looks like hearts are growing from the vein. To make them stand out more, I used the crimson red Prismacolor pencil (924) to outline the hearts. Then used the white Prismacolor pencil (938) to make them pop.

It was then cut with a Sizzix banner die.

The glitter washi tape is from Cricut. I use it often because it adds a little piazza to your cards.

The heart was cut with a heart die. The sentiment is from a Fun Stampers Journey stamp set called Only You.

Put it all together and you have a Valentine’s Day card or the card can be used for any day that you want to spread love.
